Low Voltage Switch
The devices are high performance Single Pole/Double Throw (SPDT) analog switches wide VCC range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The devices feature ultra low RON of 1.15Ω~5Ω maximum at 4.5V VCC. It features very low quiescent current as 0.3uA.
