Portfolio
3PEAK DAC supports 12-16bit resolution, covering different channels such as 1, 4 and 8. It supports various packages such as TSSOP, QFN, WLCSP, etc.

Performance and functionality
The linearity INL can reach up to 1LSB @ 16bit, and the settling time could be as fast as 1uS. The digital interface covers SPI, I2C, with internal/external output buffer, internal/external reference voltage, and the output is 0V or midscale level.
