TPAFE5160, the latest 16-bit, 8-channel synchronous sampling ADC of 3PEAK, has a built-in high-voltage clamping circuit, a programmable gain amplifier, a low-pass filter, an ADC driver, and a high-precision reference source. Together, this forms a complete integrated low-noise sampling chain. TPAFE5160 is widely used in fields like relay protection, power distribution automation, industrial automation and control, energy storage, digital power supply, and automated test equipment.

TPAFE5160 has a built-in 16-bit 8-channel simultaneous sampling ADC. The throughput rate of each channel can reach up to 350 kSPS.

• Input range: ±10 V or ±5 V

• Analog input impedance of 1 MΩ, input clamping protection, input high dielectric strength up to ± 30 V, meeting the requirement for high dielectric strength in industrial, power, and other complex environments.

• Built-in 2.5 V voltage reference, typical warm-up drift of 10 ppm/°C

• SPI communication and parallel port communication options are available for output interface communication.
