The TPS325M0 series adopts Arm®v8-M architecture-based STAR-MC1 core, which is compatible with Arm® Cortex®-M33 instruction set. The TPS325M0 Series is designed with advanced architecture, 3PEAK-powered integrated analog and rich peripherals to provide high performance and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of various applications and deliver an exceptional experience to customers.
