Q: How does 3PEAK manage & ensure product quality?
A: 3PEAK has an established & robust quality management system (QMS). We develop, implement, and improve the QMS in accordance with ISO9001 and IATF16949 (for Automotive) quality management standards.
A series of process documents (including document control, internal audit, ECN, failure analysis, etc.) are established to standardize and guide daily work. 3PEAK ensures the effective execution and implementation of these process documents through the key functions of the quality department. The goal of quality management is to meet the quality policy and ultimately achieve customer satisfaction.

A: Across our product portfolio, we are proud to have consistently low & competitive dppm error rates. We partner with top-tier fabs & have state-of-the-art testing facilities to ensure the quality of our products.
Q: How will 3PEAK notify me if a product change occurs?
A: Changes that may affect the form, fit, function, quality, and reliability of products will be communicated to customers through a Product Change Notice (PCN) within ninety (90) days prior to the implementation of the change.
