Conflict-free Minerals

3PEAK has formulated the following policies to ensure it does not directly or indirectly purchase products or materials containing conflict minerals that cause environmental or social harm:

1. 3PEAK commits to the society and its customers that its do not use conflict minerals;

2. 3PEAK has established the "3PEAK QMSP_740_Supplier Management Control Procedure", requiring all suppliers to establish conflict mineral control requirements and comply with conflict-free mineral regulations.

3. 3PEAK has implemented a comprehensive conflict mineral investigation mechanism, conducting due diligence on all suppliers, completing the "Conflict Mineral Report Template (CMRT)" and "Cobalt and Mica Report Template (EMRT)" issued by Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), declaring the sources and control chain of conflict minerals, and verifying the origins of these conflict minerals;

4. 3PEAK regularly conducts supervisory audits on the effectiveness of suppliers' conflict mineral management systems.
