Hazardous Substance Management

3PEAK complies with the EU's Directive on Restricting the Use of Certain Hazardous Ingredients in Electronic and Electrical Equipment (RoHS), EU regulations "Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals" (REACH), "Persistent Organic Pollutants" (POPs), international regulatory requirements and customer requirements. In combination with the requirements of the IECQ QC080000 hazardous substance process management system, 3PEAK conducts full process control of hazardous substances from laws and regulations, customer requirements, material control and supplier management to realize the management of hazardous substances in product design and production processes.


Laws and regulations & Customer requirements

1. Laws and regulations

  • Products provided by 3PEAK do not contain hazardous substances prohibited by RoHS, REACH, HF or content below the limit.

  • 3PEAK ensures "conflict-free minerals" in the supply chain.

2. Customer requirements

  • Review requirements and promptly feedback the review results to customers or update documents.


Product control

  • Regularly control the compliance of hazardous substance materials, and system management of third-party inspection reports and safety data sheets (SDS) validity period;

  • Third-party inspection reports are updated annually, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are updated every two years.


Production process monitoring

  • The supplier's hazardous substance management system is evaluated according to the annual supplier audit plan;

  • When laws and regulations are updated, suppliers shall be reviewed;

  • All suppliers are ISO14001 certified.
