Overview
The devices are low-power, high-speed comparators. The common-mode input voltage range extends 200 mV beyond the power rail. The devices have 50-ns propagation delay with only 400-μA quiescent current, which makes the devices suitable for low-power applications. The devices have push-pull output to support rail-to-rail output swing.
The operating temperature range of the devices is from −40°C to +125°C.
