Overview

The TPCMP512B is a family of high-accuracy, dual-channel comparators featuring low power and small solution size. The INA and INB inputs include hysteresis to reject brief glitches, thus ensuring stable output operation without false triggering. The TPCMP512B has adjustable INx inputs that can be configured by an external resistor divider pair. When the voltage at the INA or INB input goes below the falling threshold, OUTA or OUTB is driven low, respectively. When INA or INB rises above the rising threshold, OUTA or OUTB goes high, respectively. The TPCMP512B operates from 2.5 V to 5.5 V, over the –40°C to +125°C temperature range. The propagation delay of TPCMP512B is 390 ns for 100 mV overdrive voltage.
