Overview
The TPT766x devices are high-performance, 6-channel digital isolators with 8000 VRMS (WWSOP16), 6500 VRMS (WSOP16), and 3750 VRMS (SOP16, QSOP16) isolation ratings per UL 1577. These devices are also certified by VDE, CSA, TUV, CQC, and CB.
The TPT766x devices provide high reliability and high performance at low power consumption with isolating digital input and output. Each isolation signal channel is separated by a double capacitive silicon dioxide insulation barrier. The TPT7660 device has six channels in forward direction. The TPT7661 device has five channels in forward direction and one channel in reverse direction. The TPT7662 device has four channels in forward direction and two channels in reverse direction. The TPT7663 device has three channels in forward direction and three channels in reverse direction. In the event of input power or signal loss, the default output is low for devices with the suffix F and high for devices without the suffix F.
The common mode transient immunity (CMTI) and electromagnetic compatibility of the TPT766x devices have been significantly enhanced through innovative circuit design and optimized structure.
The TPT766x family is available in SOP16, QSOP16, WSOP16, and WWSOP16 packages, and is characterized from −40°C to +125°C.
