Overview
The T74A244 can be configured as two 4-bit buffers or one 8-bit buffer, featuring two output enable pins (1OE and 2OE), each controlling four of the 3-state outputs. A high level on nOE (where n denotes 1 or 2) forces the outputs into a high-impedance state.
The T74A244 is available in the TSSOP20 package and is characterized from −40°C to +125°C.
